We're so confident you'll love our high quality roses, we'll let you test out our roses for 30 days. If you decide you don't want it, we'll take it back, as long as they are in their original condition. Here's how it works:
1. Purchase a new rose from our online store, www.PlatedGoldRoses.com.
2. Receive and view the great details of the rose and the high quality materials it's made with.
3. If you don't love it, simply email our Return Department in 30 days of your order and we'll send you details on how to return your rose for a full refund of the product price.
*Please note that we will only refund the full product price, this does not include any shipping and handling charges. (If an item has free shipping there will be a 15% restocking fee taken out of the full product price.)
